2025 Ingham County Unity in the Community Event

Exhibitor Application form – Please complete all information

Unity in the Community is a FREE event and we ask that no goods or services be sold during the event. Each exhibitor will be supplied with a table and two chairs and you may supply your own 10x10 canopy. Electrical hook up is not available in the park. There is a nominal $40.00 exhibitor fee unless your organization is also a financial sponsor.

Location: Hawk Island Park (1601 E Cavanaugh Rd, Lansing, MI 48910)

Exhibitor Set Up: 2:00pm – 3:30pm

Payment is due upon registration; credit card payments have a transaction fee of $0.90 and checks can be made payable to Ingham County. All payments must be made in full no later than July 26^th.

If you requested assistance, you will be notified via email that your payment has been waived.
